1. UK Shipping Information
All orders from Hexleds UK are dispatched from our UK warehouse. We aim to process and ship your order same working day (Monday-Saturday - Order before 2pm)

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched, including a tracking number (if applicable).
2. International Orders
Currently, we only ship within the UK. For trade or bulk international enquiries, please contact our trade department at trade@hexleds.co.uk.
3. Order Processing
Orders placed before 2PM (Monday-Saturday) are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after 2PM or during weekends/public holidays will be handled on the next working day.
4. Returns Policy
We want you to love your Hexleds products. We offer a 14 days return policy. Please contact us for any requests. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for assistance.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Custom or personalised products (such as bespoke lighting layouts) are non-returnable unless defective
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns
Return Procedure

- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
- Attach photos of any damaged or incorrect items
- We'll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product (for example, for a different model or specification), please contact our team to arrange this. Exchanges are processed as quickly as possible once your original item has been received.
