At Hexleds UK, we're proud to offer high-quality lighting products built to last. All of our lighting systems and components come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.
2. What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- LED, power supply, or connector failures during normal usage
- Wiring or internal faults caused by standard installation
3. What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by improper installation or handling
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Water or moisture damage to non-IP-rated products
- General wear and tear or accidental damage
4. Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@hexleds.co.uk
- Include your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the fault
- Attach clear photos or short video evidence of the issue
- We'll review your claim and respond within 24-48 hours
5. Replacements & Repairs
Once approved, we'll arrange a replacement part or repair at no additional cost. In some cases, we may ask for the faulty product to be returned for inspection.
6. Installation Responsibility
Installation must be carried out by a competent person following the provided instructions. Hexleds is not liable for issues arising from incorrect installation, wiring, or use with incompatible power supplies.
7. Warranty Transfer
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
