Trade Purchases & Partnerships

1. Who can apply

• detailing studios, garages and workshops
• lighting and electrical installers
• barbershops, gyms and commercial fit-out companies
• retailers and resellers based in the UK or EU

2. What you get

3. How to apply

Email info@hexleds.co.uk with:

• your business name and company registration number
• your registered address and contact details
• what your business does, for example a detailing studio, installer or reseller
• your VAT number, if you have one
• your estimated monthly order volume

We'll review your application and reply within 1 to 2 working days.

4. Placing trade orders

• Once your account is approved, order online or through the trade team.
• For large or repeat orders, ask for a quote by email or phone.
• For bespoke and commercial projects, send us your grid dimensions, ceiling height, room layout, delivery requirements and timescale, and we'll plan and quote the installation.

5. Payment and delivery

• Pay by card or PayPal at checkout, or by bank transfer for invoiced orders. Invoiced orders are dispatched once payment has cleared.
• Orders ship from our UK warehouse, with next-day delivery on most in-stock items.
• International trade orders are by arrangement.

6. Trade terms

Trade orders are covered by our Terms of Service, including section 12 for business customers. Unused stock can be returned under our Shipping & Returns policy, and bespoke or bulk project orders are covered by the terms in your quote.
